  12. Kamu perlu Garam +kaldu jamur seckupnya.
  13. Diperlukan 1 sdm Bubuk cabe / bon cabe.
  14. Siapkan Cabe rawit 3pc iris2.

Langkah-langkah membuat Sundubbu jjigae / sup tahu seafood

  1. Didihkan air, masukan teri rebus hingga mendidih dan menjadi kaldu, 5mnt. Saring.
  2. Tumis bawang putih, pake minyak wijen, masukan bubuk cabe, bawang bombay, bawang daun, cabe rawit, masukan kecap.asin, sampai harum.
  3. Lalu masukan air kaldu teri kedalam bumbu tumis, lalu.masukkan kerang, masak hingga mendidih,.
  4. Masukan jamur, sayur, tofu, garam+ kaldu jamur, tes rasa. setelah mendidih dan sedikit layu masukan telur lalu bawang daun sisanya. Angkat, dimakan selagi panas lebih nikmat 😁.
