Tunach cream soup (Tuna spinach). Tuna is a staple in my pantry, it's always nice to have on hand and I always enjoy using it. The other day I was thinking that I had not tried using tuna in a soup and that it would go well in one. Never fails and always comes out good.

Bumbu Tunach cream soup (Tuna spinach)
- Siapkan 500 gr kentang, kukus/rebus dan dihaluskan.
- Siapkan 1-2 buah ubi jalar, rebus/kukus dan dihaluskan (boleh skip, tapi saya suka pake ubi supaya bau amis tuna hilang dan ada rasa manis alami).
- Siapkan 250 gr ikan tuna fillet, potong dadu.
- Siapkan 250 ml susu cair full cream, saya pakai merk Ultra.
- Kamu perlu Secukupnya bayam, diblender lalu saring ambil sarinya saja.
- Diperlukan 1-2 buah wortel, iris dadu.
- Kamu perlu 1 buah jagung manis pipil.
- Diperlukan Secukupny bawang bombay cincang halus.
- Siapkan 1-2 siung bawang putih cincang halus.
- Kamu perlu Secukupnya oregano & parsley.
- Diperlukan Secukupnya lada & pala bubuk.
- Siapkan 1 sendok butter.
- Diperlukan Secukupnya kaldu jamur.
- Siapkan Secukupnya keju parut, saya pakai kraft cheddar.
Stir in tuna, spinach and tomatoes. Mix tuna, rice, spinach and artichokes together in medium bowl. Heat canola oil in medium non-stick frying pan. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is just soft.
Langkah-langkah membuat Tunach cream soup (Tuna spinach)
- Panaskan wajan/panci lalu masukkan butter hingga leleh. Setelah itu masukkan bawang putih & bawang bombay cincang hingga harum.
- Setelah bawang bombay dan bawang putih harum lalu masukkan tuna yg telah dipotong dadu hingga berubah warna.
- Lalu tambahkan wortel, jagung manis pipil. Tumis hingga layu, tambahkan sedikit air supaya wortel dan jagung manis benar-benar matang dan empuk.
- Setelah wortel dan jagung benar-benar empuk, masukkan kentang dan ubi yang sudah dihaluskan. Dan diberi sari bayam yg telah diblender dan disaring. Aduk hingga meletup-letup.
- Masukkan susu cair, keju parut, kaldu bubuk, oregano,parsley, lada & pala bubuk. Aduk hingga merata dan meletup-letup..
- Cek rasa. Bila dirasa kurang asin bisa ditambah kaldu jamur dan keju parut. Bila konsistensi kekentalan dirasa kurang bisa ditambahkan 1-2sdm tepung terigu yang telah dilarutkan dalam air..
